Meet the heart behind The Menopausal Marathoner, Jill Washington. A passionate runner, wellness advocate, and your fellow menopause navigator, Jill founded this platform to share her journey and to connect with women like you.

After realizing the unique challenges faced by active women during menopause, Jill decided it was time to create a space where knowledge, experience, and support intersect. Her personal experiences with menopause and her background as a seasoned marathoner give her a unique perspective that she brings to every article, workshop, and community conversation.
